I’ll find you where you are. Through such coherence you’ll experience a body-mind ready to learn with more ease.

Altered states of consciousness come from many types of experiences & medicine. When you connect with something deeply enough, you can expect a state change.

Catalysts include (but are not limited to): grief, trauma, disease… adoption, love, learning… plants, fungi, roots, chemicals… music, art, science, literature… titles, roles, promotions, demotions… puberty, menopause… ritual, movement, breath, sound…

The speed at which these catalysts produce change varies, and furthermore is different depending on the nervous system encountered. Such changes can range from jarring and traumatic to joyful and welcomed but all offer opportunities for learning and growth.

Longevity of one’s state change depends on the biological and environmental contingencies in place to reinforce the specificity of new neural pathways. Some catalysts listed can even reinforce the effectiveness &/or preparedness for others.

While most of the catalysts listed are inevitable for all of us, the specific changes are as individual as we are and their exploration deserve deep connection, spaciousness and conscious awareness.

How do you relate to such inevitable life changes? Are you seeking change or struggling to integrate it?
